Affinity-purified GlyT proteins were denatured in reducing SDS sample buffer, incubated for 2 h or 24 h, at 37°C with the enzymes indicated (5 units of endo H, 2.5 units of PNGase F), and analyzed on an 8% polyacrylamide gel.
