Senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal) activity in opossum kidney (OK) cells exposed to H₂O₂. OK cells in 6-well plates were exposed to 150 or 300 μM H₂O₂ for 3 h, washed, and incubated in DMEM/F-12 + 5% FBS at 37°C for 3 or 6 days. SA-β-Gal activity was determined as per Dimri et al.
