Rebamipide-induced downregulation of PLD inhibits the expression of inflammatory and proliferation genes of gastric cancer cells. (A) MKN-1 cells were treated with or without 5 mM rebamipide for 24 h. The expression of inflammatory and proliferation genes was also analyzed by q-RT-PCR. *P < 0.05 versus vehicle.
