NONMEM software was used to perform the analysis of the data with the IV 2-compartment model. Means (SD) for the following parameters are shown: t1/2, half-life (given for the two phases, as indicated); Vd, volume of distribution, CL, clearance rate; AUC, area under the concentration-time curve. AUC was calculated using the GraphPad Prism software.
