Cytolytic activity of CD8⁺ and CD8⁻ T cells. T cells were incubated with ⁵¹Cr-labeled target cells at a 10:1 ratio for 4 h. T cells were the CD8⁺ cell line or the CD8⁻ cell line, and a 2C CD8⁺ T cell clone (G3.1). Target cells were T2 cells expressing either K^b (syngeneic) or L^d (allogeneic).
