Mean Kd values (standard deviation) determined using the GraphPad PRISM4.0 (single binding site and non-linear regression model).

P values were given for Dunnett's post test between wild type (wt) and each mutant after a repeated measures analysis of variance.

Net changes in NBD-cholesterol fluorescence intensity (RFU = Relative fluorescence unit) in each concentration were processed (0.5 µM NBD-cholesterol with increasing protein concentrations (0.01 to 10 µM)).
