Cryopreserved normal donor peripheral blood mononuclear cells were used as an example to show time course of changes in (A) intracellular STAT1 and (B) STAT5 phosphorylation in response to high-dose IL-2 (6000 U/ml) in CD3-CD56+ natural killer cells, and CD4+ and CD8+ T cells over a 24-h period.
