The pH optimum was determined at 40°C with 1 mM CaCl₂, the temperature optimum was determined at pH 10.5 in a range of 25 to 55°C, and the CaCl₂ concentration optimum was determined at pH 10.5 and 45°C in a range of 0 to 2.5 mM.
