(Bottom) Leb and Ley bound to the C-CRD carbohydrate recognition site. ΔΦ and ΔΨ are the differences of glycoside bond torsion angles between the free and bound conformation. Φ and Ψ are defined using the IUPAC-IUB convention, Φ = Θ(O[ring] – C1 – O[x] – C[x]) and Ψ = Θ (C1—O[x] – C[x] --- C[x-1]).
