Inhibition of NRG-induced signaling in medulloblastoma cells. DaoyV and DaoyHER2 (A) and D283 (B) cells were serum-starved overnight and treated with the indicated concentrations of AEE788 2 hours before a 10-minute exposure to EGF (25 ng/ml) or NRG (50 ng/ml). Cell lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis with antibodies to the phosphorylated HER1, HER2, HER3, Akt, and ERK1/2. Actin was used as a loading control.
