Transcript and protein variants for mouse Cpeb1. Each mRNA corresponds to the protein in the same row. The translation is regarded as “disconnected” when none of the 6 frames gives continuous read. The translation is considered “fragmented” if it starts with the first codon which is not a Methionine, or terminates at the last codon which is not a stop codon. The asterisk * indicates that the protein sequence is not documented in any database but is derived from a theoretical translation of cDNA using Vector NTI software. cDNAs highlighted in grey are used for comparison.
