RNA samples isolated from leaves of the corresponding Arabidopsis wild-type and mutant lines were retrotranscribed and the amount of transcripts of the Apx genes, as indicated, was determined by qPCR. Values are represented as arbitrary units relative to the respective levels in the wild-type plants set to 1.0. Mean values of three independent determinations and the standard errors are represented.
