Effect of glibenclamide, iberiotoxin and apamin on sildenafil-induced relaxation on carbachol-induced human detrusor contraction. Concentration–response curves to sildenafil or vehicle were performed in the presence of (A) glibenclamide (10 µM; N = 7), (B) iberiotoxin (30 nM; N = 9) or (C) apamin (100 nM; N = 7) or their respective vehicle (N = 10).
