RSCL-0520 inhibited the mRNA expression of the LPS-induced MyD88-dependent and independent-signalling cascades. Serum-starved THP-1 cells were incubated with RSCL-0520 before stimulation with LPS for 1 h. Total RNA was isolated from treated cells after LPS exposure. The cDNA synthesized was used for PCR against specific primers for the TLR-related genes.
