Western blots depicting the abrogatory effects of resveratrol (Res; 5 μmol/liter) on the modulatory actions of estradiol (Est; 100 nmol/liter) on key signal transduction pathways (MAPK phosphorylation) that trigger G0/G1 cell cycle activation and on positive (cyclin A, cyclin D) and negative (p27, p21) pathways involved in cell cycle progression.
