Quantitative gene expression analysis using qRT-PCR of several genes showed variation between the wild-type and the transgenic line. (A) Knocking down the OsAP2-39 reduces the expression of EUI and OsNCED-1 in the T0 plants. Similar results were obtained in the T1 plants.
