Effects of sorafenib (0.1 and 10 µM) on proliferation of different human bladder carcinoma cell lines (RT4, T24, J82). For the assessment of nuclear morphology, cells were incubated for 24 or 48 h, and stained with DAPI. For cell counts, cells were detached with trypsin/EDTA, stained with Trypan blue and counted in a Neubauer chamber.
