HNa but not HU increases DNA dsb in mIMCD3 cells. PFGE was used to

exposed to isosmotic medium (300 mosmol/kg), 600 mosmol/kg HNa, 600
mosmol/kg HU, and 5 or 50 milliunit/ml bleomycin.
