Electrophoretic mobility shift assay results of biotin-labeled DNA fragments containing wild-type (Bio-cre) or mutated (Bio-creE or Bio-creS) cre sequences. Labeled DNA fragments (5 nM) were incubated with (+) or without (-) purified N-his CcpA (100 nM) and then electrophoresed on a 4% nondenaturing acrylamide gel.
