Copper upregulation of cus1 (A), cus2 (B), and cus3 (C) during growth. Strains were incubated on CTT agar plates containing 0 μM (♦), 50 μM (○), 150 μM (□), 300 μM (▪), 600 μM (▴), or 800 μM (•) copper.
