Cells were spotted on plasmid-selective plates containing 8 μg/ml TBZ and incubated for 7 days at 24°C. (C) Wild-type-, asp1D333A-, or asp1H397A-expressing cells were grown on YE5S containing 9 μg/ml TBZ for 5 days at 24°C.
