Nrdp1 overexpression does not significantly alter tumor onset in MMTV-NDL mice. Real time RT-PCR was used to measure the relative transcript levels of Nrdp1 (A) and ErbB3 (B) in normal mammary tissue of 4–6 each MMTV-NDL and MMTV-Nrdp1 × MMTV-NDL (NxN) mice.
