Characteristics of human subjects: age 61 ± 8 years, gender—male, body mass index 26.1 ± 1.8 kg/m2, fasting plasma glucose 5.6 ± 0.5 mM and glomerular filtrate rate 94 ± 33 ml/min/1.73 m2.
