Each cell within the table represents the average percentage within each phase of cell cycle ± the standard deviation, as determined from 3 experiments. Gating for cell cycle is shown in supplemental Figure 4. Hhex^−/− CD41⁺CD45⁺c-kit⁺ cells appear to be accumulating in G₂. Days 7 and 8 of coculture show a significant difference in G₂ phase of the cell cycle, with Hhex^−/− CD41⁺CD45⁺c-kit⁺ cells accumulating the G₂ phase of the cell cycle, compared with wt CD41⁺CD45⁺c-kit⁺ progenitors.
