The CPD structure was extracted from the PDB entry 1SNH and coupled with E. coli DNA photolyase structure 1DNP according to the CPD like lesion-photolyase complex structure 1TEZ. The FMN binding sites of flavodoxin were extracted form the PDB entry 5ULL. This figure was prepared with PyMOL (http://www.pymol.org/).
