Absolute expression values were retrieved by AVT and plotted as such. The developmental stage with the highest expression value was used for each transcript. Expression profiles of new CC-TPR genes (C) and of known CC-TPR co-chaperones (D) for individual floral organs: sepals, petals, stamens and carpels.
