Serum cytokines profile of mice with high or low doses of IL-2 pretreatment in Con A-induced Hepatitis. Mice were treated with PBS or different IL-2 administration (IL-2^hi/50,000 U, IL-2^4lo/5,000 U) for 6 h, followed by administration with Con A.
