All models include demographics (age, sex, and race [black vs all others]) as covariates. Not-well-controlled asthma is defined by an ACQ score of ≥ 1.5. High OSA risk is defined as an SA-SDQ score of ≥ 36 for men and ≥ 32 for women. See Table 1, 2, and 3 legends for expansion of abbreviations.
