PAM alters expression of a subset of genes in AtT-20 cells: array analysis. Replicate wells of three iPAM subclones were grown in control medium or medium containing 4 μg/ml doxycycline for 48 h; RNA prepared from these six samples was used to probe an Illumina MouseWG-6v2.0 Expression BeadChip. Background was subtracted before calculating the doxycycline/basal expression ratios for genes expressed in each subclone. Average ratios were ordered to yield the cumulative plot shown. The sd in the doxycycline/basal ratio within samples was 12%; the points for 2 sds above and below 1.00 are indicated, with the number of transcripts in each pool.
