(B) SF1 protein levels in PN1 testes of wild-type and Sf1+/- mice as determined by immunoblotting using anti-SF1 antibodies as shown in (C). Protein levels are normalized against GAPDH expression in the testes. Error bar is the standard deviation derived from four independent experiments. (C) A representative immunoblot using anti-SF1 antibody for PN1 testis of wild-type and Sf1+/- mice. The blots were re-probed with anti-GAPDH as controls.
