Experiments were conducted at three concentrations (35μM, 10μM and 2.5μM). The experiments were conducted at 37 °C for 1(or 0.5) hr and the amounts of glucuronides formed were measured using UPLC. Rates of glucuronidation were calculated as nmol/min/mg of protein. Each bar is the average of three determinations, and the error bars are the standard deviations of the mean (n=3).
