Ncb5or-b5 (wild type and W114A and R113A mutants) or Cyb5A (1.4 μm each) was reduced by Ncb5or-b5R, Ncb5or-CS/b5R, or Cyb5R3, in the presence of excess NADH (50 μm) in 5 mm sodium phosphate (pH 7.0, no air). All of the values in the table were normalized by reductase concentrations.
