FIG. 5. — DPJY01 inhibits virus replication in infected mice. Three mice/group were treated with a single dose of 50 mg/kg of DPJY01 (open cirlces) or control 1D9 IgA antibody (black circles) at the indicated time points (24, 48, or 72 h) before or after inoculation with 3 PFU of H5/Vietnam virus. At 6 dpi, the trachea, lungs, and brain from each mouse were collected and homogenized. Viruses in homogenates were titrated in MDCK cells; virus titers (log₁₀ TCID₅₀/g) of tissue homogenate are shown on the y axis, and the limit of detection was 0.669 log₁₀ TCID₅₀/g. Virus titers are shown in trachea (A and D), lung (B and E), and brain (C and F) in mice that were treated at the indicated time points (h) before or after inoculation.
