Multiply primed RCA of plasmidic DNA by φ29 DNA polymerase and chimerical DNA polymerases. The assay was performed as described in Materials and Methods, in the presence of 1 ng (A) or 1 pg (B) of plasmidic DNA as input and 50 nM of φ29 DNA polymerase or the indicated chimerical DNA polymerase.
