Distribution of DDX3Y polymorphisms among 90 individuals belonging to six Y chromosome haplogroups and five hg-I subhaplogroups (see Figure 1). The numbers indicate the position of changes. Negative base numbers are with respect to the start position of the first exon. None of the changes are in the exons. Chimpanzee (Chimp) sequence is used to show the ancestral states of the observed polymorphisms in human DDX3Y sequences.
