Delays are specified in terms of precursor offset to signal onset (Δtoff∕on) or precursor onset to signal onset (Δton∕on). The minimum-delay condition is Δtoff∕on=20 ms due to the presence of the masker. As in Expt. 1, highpass noise was present in all conditions.
