GMI-1070 inhibits selectin-mediated rolling. Studies in a parallel plate flow chamber showed a dose response of GMI-1070 to inhibit selectin-mediated rolling of isolated human neutrophils on monolayers of HUVECs activated to express E-selectin or P-selectin.
