Live/Dead staining. Human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) and human amniotic fluid stem (hAFS) cells were seeded on nanofiber meshes and cultured in the osteogenic medium. On days 1, 7, 14, and 28, the viability of the cells on the meshes was assessed by imaging the constructs with a confocal microscope after staining with the Live/Dead® stain. Green, live cells; red, dead cells. Images were taken at 10 × magnification. Scale bar indicates 200 μm and applies to all images.
