Blimp-1 and XBP-1 expression. Global RT-PCR products from plasma cells and memory B cells were analyzed by RT-PCR for expression of the transcription factors XBP-1 and Blimp-1. Results are shown for three myeloma patients and three healthy individuals, with 100 sorted cells per tube in each case.
