Sagittal SSFSE T2-W image demonstrates a multiseptated T2 hyperintense mass in the anterior neck (arrow) resulting in mass effect on the subglottic upper airway. Although not hyperexpanded, the lungs do demonstrate hyperintense T2-W signal. This was found to be a lymphatic malformation following resection
