The expression ratios of HHT3 or HHT4 cells over hTERT-immortalized normal human fibroblasts (NHF) are shown. Hepatocyte-specific genes were selected based on a SAGE transcript profile of freshly isolated and cultured normal primary human hepatocytes (33).
