Binding of BEC28 VLPs to immobilized synthetic oligosaccharides. A panel of neoglycoconjugates was coated on ELISA plates, and the binding of BEC28 VLPs was detected as described in the Materials and Methods section. Results for a selected set of neoglycoconjugates with a terminal galactose in alpha linkage are shown as signal-to-noise ratios from one experiment representative of three independent ones.
