Input and supernatant (SN) material were loaded at 25%. (B) Affinity purification of m⁷G cap-containing RNAs, followed by Northern blot analysis. Total RNA from HeLa and HLF cells was selectively enriched for RNAs containing the m⁷G cap by affinity purification using eIF4E (the high-affinity cap binding protein) fused to glutathione S-transferase (GST).
