Note:Target ranges for total MPA AUC(0,12 h) are 30–60 mg l−1 h [21, 26]. A derived target range for total MPA AUC(0,24 h), 60–120 mg l−1 h was used in the present study as the simulated doses were administered twice or three times daily.
