β-LGND2 efficiently treats high-fat diet-induced obesity. Six-week-old C57BL6 mice (n = 8) were maintained in normal diet or high-fat diet for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, the animals were treated with vehicle or β-LGND2 (30 mg/kg/day) subcutaneously for 12 weeks. Biweekly body weight was measured (A). MRI scan was performed at day 0 and at weeks 6, 12, and 18 to determine the fat mass (B). At sacrifice, weights of WAT, BAT, and liver were measured and expressed as bar graphs (C).
