Pulmonary function after adoptive transfer and aPD-1 therapy. On Day 33, AHR was established, and on Day 34, mice received an adoptive transfer of NTregs and iTregs (400,000 cells/mouse) by intravenous injection with and without anti–PD-1 antibody (aPD-1ab). Mice were aerosol-challenged for 4 wk, and at the end of each week, AHR was evaluated. These data are for the recipient mice of L25+ cells. However, we found that the data were very similar in all experimental groups. Therefore, this depiction is representative for each experimental group. The data in enhanced pause (Penh) values are presented as means ± SEM of five mice per group. *P < 0.01. **P < 0.001.
