X1 – times 1, patient moves head while looking at a still target, near (3′) or far (10′).

X2 – times 2, patient moves head one direction while looking at a target that moves in the opposite direction.

2-target – patient first moves eyes to a target and while keeping eyes focused on the target, then moves the head to align with the same target.

Imaginary target - Subject focuses on target, closes eyes and moves head – attempting to keep eyes fixated on the target.

Walk with head rotation – patient walks and moves head side-side or up-down.

Balance exercises – different standing or walking exercises that challenge the patients’ base of support, center of mass, or limits of stability.
