Real-time PCR analysis of adipogenic markers in 3T3-L1 cells expressing GATA that cannot bind FOG. 3T3-L1 cells expressing GATA2, GATA2-V296M, or an empty vector control were induced to differentiate for 5 days. Total RNA was isolated at day 5 and used for cDNA synthesis and real-time PCR analysis.
