Epididymal fat tissues were collected from male C57BL/6 mice treated with control (Con.) ASO or CGI-58β ASO (CGI ASO) for 8 weeks and the total RNA was extracted from individual fat samples. An equal amount of total RNA from each sample in each group (n = 5) was pooled and subjected to qPCR as described in Materials and Methods.
