Fli1+ and Fli1ΔCTA cooperate with GATA-1 to activate transcription of the c-mpl promoter in vitro but show differential association with promoters in vivo. (A) HeLa cells were transfected with the indicated transcription factors (200 ng) and a c-mpl-luciferase reporter plasmid (200 ng). Relative activation of the reporter is shown.
